White Chocolate and Cranberry Muffins

Perfect for every occasion, quick and easy to make. Keep this White Chocolate and Cranberry Muffin Mix in the pantry for when the unexpected visitors turn up :) 

Ingredients

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius, pour the White Chocolate and Cranberry Muffin Mix into a mixing bowl. Add 50g cold water and mix to combine, don't overwork the mixture. Spray your muffin tin with oil to avoid the muffins sticking. Evenly divide the mixture into your tin and bake for around 20 mins (for six muffins) or if you are using a tin with 12 smaller cups they will only need around 12 - 14 mins.
