So tasty and so easy to make, the whole family will smile when you put this on the table! This is our vegetarian take on the Indian spiced dish Kedgeree, which traditionally has smoked fish in it, if you want to add this in feel free!

Method
Pour Vedgeree Mix into a saucepan with 6 cups of cold water, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for around 35 mins until most of the water has been absorbed. Serve on it's own or with a poached egg on top, absolutely delicious!
