Rich, indulgent and delicious! Quick and easy to make, serve it with ice cream for the Sunday Brunch dreams are made of;)
Ingredients
Chocolate Dutch Pancake Mix, 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of milk (plus 1 tablespoon of butter to cook the batter in)
Preheat the oven to 190 degree celsius on bake.
Add the butter to a frypan (around 20 - 25cm, make sure it is suitable to go in the oven) pop in the oven to warm melt the butter.
Add Chocolate Dutch Pancake Mix to a mixing bowl with the eggs and milk, stir well to combine.
Take the frypan out of the oven, add the mixture and put back in the oven for approx 20 mins until firm around the edges.
Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or both! This is a beautiful dish to share
